I realized that while I have done a lot of things right and that success shows, I have not put enough focus on my strength training. Looking back at my quote above I’ve made up my mind to find a gym and attend two days per week, because I am just not accountable enough to do it [well] at home. I am one week in now visiting the gym Tuesday & Thursday right after work, and It feels good knowing that I have something new to focus on that will help me reach that next level of health and fitness.
I’m at the 80 pound mark and looking forward to making continued progress in the months ahead. I wore a size 10 pants to work today. When I started GT 15 months ago I was busting out of size 20 pants. Wowza! I’d like to say Thank You to Sheri Lynn for creating this fabulous program and to Courtney for coaching me through my journey. We have more work to do, but I’d say this is progress indeed!
