GK’s Spice Blends – Eat This

Tired of dry tasteless chicken?  Having trouble choking down another piece of flavorless meat?  GK’s spice blends are the perfect addition to anyone’s clean eating kitchen.  They are easy and simple to use with any meat or vegetable.  These spice blends from Genesis Kitchen take whole foods to the next level without having to be a gourmet cook.
Jamaican Jerk Burgers
Add a little twist to a basic burger.
1lb grass fed ground beef
1 TBS GK’s Jamaican Jerk spice blend
Mix spice blend into meat and form burger patties.  Grill to perfection.
Cajun Shrimp
1 lb shrimp
2 TBS GK’s Cajun Spice blend
1 TBS GK’s Fused Lemon EVOO
Toss shrimp with spice blend.  Heat oil in pan on medium heat.  Add shrimp to heated pan and toss occasionally.  Cook until done, about 3 minutes.
Perfect Chicken Thighs
Simple and delicious.
8 Chicken Thighs
.25 cup GK’s Perfection Spice Rub
Sprinkle spice rub liberally on both sides, grill on low heat for about 45min. or until done.
Slow Cooked Amazing Chicken
Tender and flavorful.
8 Chicken Thighs, 4 breasts, or whole cut up chicken
.25 cup GK’s Yucatecan Recado Rojo or Tandoori Masala spice blend
Place chicken in slow cooker (or oven) and sprinkle liberally with spice blend.  Cook until done – about 6 hours.
Spicy Tandoori Roasted Veges
Mouth watering!  Great served with a meat protein, avocado and All Good Mayo.  Also good for leftovers on salads or served room temperature with meat protein.
1 head cauliflower
2 beets
4 carrots
Summer Squash
GK’s Baklouti Green Chile Pepper EVOO
2 TBS GK’s Tandoori Masala spice blend
Preheat oven to 375.Chop veges and toss in seasoning blend and oil.  Roast for 35-40minutes, stirring at about 20min.
Cajun Mayo
A spicier version of GK’s traditional All Good Mayo.
.33 cup GK’s Blood Orange EVOO or Fused Lemon EVOO
.67 cup GK’s Hojiblanca or other mild EVOO
1 TBS GK’s Cajun Spice blend
1 egg
2 TBS GK’s White Balsamic Vinegar
Bring egg to room temperature.  Add vinegar and egg to blender and mix.  Slowly add oil until mixture emulsifies.  Store in glass container in refrigerator.  Stays good for about 5-7 days.
