PK is a client who lives in Wyoming.  She’s been at this clean eating game awhile, and her body rejects wheat and all grain products with a vengeance that can take many weeks to straighten out.  She sent me this short missive after returning from a road trip with family:

“I ate out quite a lot, and I was very careful with my ordering.  I really wanted scrambled eggs the last morning, so that’s what I ordered.  They had a different sort of texture to them, but AFTER I ate them, I discovered that the restaurant puts PANCAKE BATTER in their eggs before they scramble them.  Seriously. . .you can’t make this stuff up.  Yikes!”

Nope.  We can’t make that stuff up.
