What happens When You Free Yourself From Sugar?

Below is neither a technical nor scientific study, but rather an observation made after working with several people who chose to eliminate sugar.  As lifestyle transformation coaches, one lifestyle change we assist most clients through is removing sugar from their daily intake.

What we have noticed over and over, both from our own processes as well as the many men and women we have worked with, is that sugar does contribute to many dis-eases in the body….and mind!

Here are the most common and measurable changes we frequently see once client is off of sugar:

  • Fat Loss
  • Joint and/or Muscle Pain reduction, or complete elimination
  • Elimination of; or Less Frequent, Headaches/Migraines
  • Improved Sleep
  • Uplifted Mood
  • Ability to Focus
  • Allergies Eliminated
  • Clear skin
  • MUCH Less Irritability
  • Increased Physical energy
  • Lowered Blood Pressure
  • Lowered Blood Sugar
  • Lowered Triglycerides
  • Heightened immune system – Less colds/flu, if any
  • More inclined to make further lifestyle changes for increased health

And many, through working with and suggested by their physicians, were able to reduce or eliminate medications for depression, diabetes, pain, allergies, arthritis, hypertension and cholesterol, through simple lifestyle changes with food.

And for those people who went against the herd years ago – kudos to you and thank you!!!   The awareness of health implications from sugar consumption IS increasing, making it easier to find foods while dining out AND the sugar free lifestyle is becoming much more socially accepted.   Rather than feeling like an alien, one can start feeling like a healthy trendsetter.
