Great for Football, Holiday and Birthday Parties! Crowd pleaser every time!!!
Place wings on a baking sheet, bake Chicken wings for 45-60 minutes on 350. We like them crispy so we keep it closer to an hour.
Once cooked, Mix wings in a large bowl with either Garlic Honey Mustard or BBQ sauce – heat it up or tame it down to your liking. Serve with Celery slices and Creamy Garlic Dip (Recipe Below)
Garlic Honey Mustard:
1/3 cup Raw Honey
5 TBSP – Spicy Brown Mustard
2 TBSP Finely Diced Garlic
1 TSP Apple Cider Vinegar
Combine Ingredients…it’s that easy!
BBQ Sauce:
1.5 cup GT’s all good ketchup: (see below for recipe)
1.5 cupwater
5-7 TBSP raw honey
6 -8 TBSP Apple cider vinegar
2-3 TBSP Dijon mustard or spicy brown
2-3 TBSP coconut sugar
2 TSP Pink salt
1 TSP hot pepper sauce
3 TSP granulated garlic
2 TSP onion powder
1 TSP freshly ground black pepper
Mix all ingredients together over lowest heat for about 5 minutes.
Option to add cayenne pepper for more heat

GT’s All Good Ketchup: FREEZE EXTRA OR CUT RECIPE IN HALF
0.75 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
2 cups Water
1 tsp Garlic Powder
6 tbsp Raw Honey
1 tsp Sea Sallt
24 ounce Tomato Paste
Place tomato paste in pan and stir until smooth, adding water very slowly. Add vinegar slowly as well. Add remaining ingredients and stir over low heat till simmering. Place into bottles or jars and cool. Refrigerate. Makes 5.75 cups.
Creamy Garlic Dipping Sauce & Dressing:
8 ounce Raw Tahini
2 tbsp Coconut Aminos
0.5 cup Water
2-3 Garlic Cloves
0.5 cup Raw Lemon Juice
0.25-0.5 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on low – it will thicken. Cayenne pepper and garlic are to taste. Add more or less water depending on thickness you desire. Makes 2 cups.
