Journey to My Life’s Purpose: Inspirational New Year

Last year I was excited for the beginning of the New Year. I quit my corporate job and was pursuing a dream of health coaching. I was scared and a even fearful of the unknown. I had no idea how the year would progress and looking back, it was extremely different than I thought it would be. That does not mean it was better or worse, just different.

I started 2014 with a few ideas of how it would be and end but I was open to what showed up. What showed up was facing my fears, learning my boundaries, looking within, a lot of alone time and rest, and learning who I am. What also showed up was a few new clients, new healing skills, teaching opportunities and spiritual expansion. Some of this was extremely uncomfortable to go through yet I see it as necessary in my Journey.

This January is another start to a new year, yet also a continuation of the last. I have reflected on what has been successful and helpful and what areas I can focus and improve upon. I set my intentions for the New Year and am open to receiving whatever experiences come my way with excitement and joy.
