One of my favorite snacks on the run is Spicy Turkey Sausage!  This is great hot, cold, plain or with spicy brown mustard.  Eating protein every 2.5 – 3 hours might feel like a big production when you’re first establishing habits of building muscle and stripping fat.  This recipe is easy, fast, healthy and delicious.  Make 5 pounds at once, freeze 1/2 for a “busy week” or for travel.

Side note – these are much moister with all, or at least half dark meat.  🙂
