We will coach you and hold your hand all the way through – and teach you every step of the way what you are doing. Your body will continually improve past meeting your ‘goal weight’ because you will have healed your metabolism for life, and you will mentally understand what works for YOUR particular body.
This system is highly individualized. It works best with weekly coaching. You will hand your fitness over to your certified Genesis Transformation coach and all you have to do is follow simple directions! Initial Consultation: $95 (includes: taking your history, discussing goals, answering questions, set up and tutoring in Genesis, and an analysis of your current metabolic state)
Weekly Coaching: $40/wk ( includes: weekly phone appointment with your coach, Genesis subscription, email contact with your coach, recipe database and Support Forums)
