We love a campfire.  The camadarie, the warmth, the roasting of…BANANAS. Forget marshmallows.  When we roast something sweet over fire, we break off hunks of fresh banana, impale on a greenish stick, and roast…bonus?  They don’t catch fire!  They do toast up nice and brown.  The kids love them. (fresh pineapple, cubed, works great too!)
